Your agreement
By accessing or using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy/PDPA Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

- “Site” — this website and its subpages.
- “Services” — corporate services (e.g., incorporation, corporate secretarial, accounting, payroll, tax, banking coordination) and executive search / HR advisory.
- “User”, “you” — any visitor, client, candidate, or person using the Site.

Content on the Site is for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or employment advice. Decisions should be made with qualified professional advice and formal engagement documents.
When our terms apply
Any paid engagement is governed by a separate proposal/letter of engagement/statement of work (SOW). If these Terms conflict with an SOW, the SOW prevails for that engagement.
Candidate terms
- By submitting a CV/profile, you confirm details are accurate and you have the right to share them.
- We may assess, shortlist, and share your profile with potential employers with your consent.
- Recruitment processes remain subject to client availability, background checks, and applicable law.
What you can’t do
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Site; (b) probe or breach security; (c) copy, frame, scrape, or reverse engineer Site features; (d) upload malware; (e) infringe IP or privacy rights; or (f) use the Site in violation of law.
Ownership & permitted use
The Site’s content, layout, logos, text, graphics, and code are owned by or licensed to DRC. You may view and print for internal use only. No other use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent.
External resources
External websites are not controlled by DRC. We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.
How we treat non-public info
If you share confidential information during an enquiry or engagement, we will handle it with due care. Binding confidentiality terms are defined in your SOW/engagement.
To the extent permitted by law
DRC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed S$100.
If things go wrong because of misuse
You agree to indemnify DRC for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
We may update the Site
We may modify or suspend the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Singapore jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
