Richard SOEMITA
Co-Founder, Managing Director, Corporate and Financial Services division

Richard has a Masters degree in Financial Business Administration with over 30 years of international experience within the logistic and telecommunications industries. He has proven expertise in start-ups and mergers, growing businesses, turning around companies, managing finances, and developing results-oriented strategies and teams. His last role was CFO Europe for Ushio (listed on the Tokyo Stock exchange) in Amsterdam before he relocated to Asia in 2006. In Singapore, Richard joined an established international corporate services provider (fund administration, trust services, accounting, and incorporations) as their Head of Accounts and Operations before he co-founded DR Consultancy Services.
Richard is a Dutch citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident holder and has lived for many years in Hong Kong, Belgium, Hungary, and the Netherlands. Being a global citizen, he speaks Dutch, English, Spanish, German and Bahasa Indonesia.
Diana NG
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Executive Search and HR Services Division

Diana has a Masters degree in Counselling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. She possesses strong people and client management skills with more than 15 years’ experience in the human resource service industry. Equipped with deep cultural understanding of her markets and technical expertise, Diana has completed a significant number of mid to senior level search placements in the Asia Pacific region. In the course of her career, she has built up an extensive network of multinational clients and candidates.
Prior to setting up DR Consultancy Services as one of its co-founders, Diana was a Practice Director in an established boutique executive search firm based in Singapore. Apart from providing executive search and human resource advisory services, Diana is a licensed Counsellor who is passionate about working with people to overcome their personal challenges in the realm of mental wellness. Diana speaks English and Mandarin.
