Search Methodology

At DR Consultancy Services, we are committed to delivering the best-fit candidate to our clients by adopting a highly rigorous 7-step search methodology.

1) Mandate Confirmation

Confirmation by client to proceed with the assignment

Identify time line for fulfilment of mandates within reasonable expectation

2) Preparation of Search Proper

Collate information and confirm mandate with client including organisational overview, job and candidate requirements specifications

Job specifications to be finalised

Identify companies for targeted pool of candidates

3) Assessment of Candidates

Review search channels either via direct advertising, use existing database or direct headhunt

Filter and approach potential candidates

Screen resume to evaluate suitability and confirm interest to proceed further

Conduct face-to-face candidate interviews

4) Shortlist of Candidates

Feedback on outcome of interviews to client

Ensure candidates match client’s job and organisational requirements

Make sure of candidates’ commitment to proceed further

Present timeslots for the first round interview to client

5) Interview Process

Brief client and shortlisted candidates prior to interview

Liaise with and managing shortlisted candidates’ expectations throughout the interview process

Obtain prompt feedback from client

6) Candidate review

Obtain feedback from candidate and client on interview performance

Position successful candidates for next steps

Conduct reference checking as required

Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, both positive and negative

7) Offer & Acceptance

Maintain liaison between client and candidates

Forward results of reference checking and other essential information to client

Assist client in making the offer and candidates in acceptance
